This product is specially formulated for use on all types of old or new exterior wood surfaces. It is a special resin-based impregnation product with excellent properties for human health and the environment. Thanks to the special chemicals in its composition, it penetrates the pores of the wood, protecting it against mold, bacteria, and fungi. It increases the durability of the ÜNLÜ PROTECT AQUA Water-Based Exterior Colored Varnish (535-Series) product to be applied on top.
Application Areas: Formulated for use on exterior wood surfaces such as doors, window frames, pergolas, and wooden garden furniture.
Application Methods: The product must be thoroughly mixed before and during use. Do not apply if there is a possibility of rain. For application, the air and wood surface temperature must be above 10°C and the wood moisture content must be below 15%. Any old paint or varnish on the surface to be treated should be sanded with 180-220 grit sandpaper and cleaned with ÜNLÜ Cellulose Thinner. This prepares the surface for application. The product is ready to use in its packaging to protect the surface from mold and bacteria growth. Brush or dip application is recommended. ÜNLÜ PROTECT AQUA Water-Based Wood Protector (545-Series) should be applied at least 4 hours before applying ÜNLÜ PROTECT AQUA Water-Based Exterior Colored Varnish (535-Series).
Precautions: Keep out of reach of children. Do not store at temperatures below 5°C (41°F) or apply at temperatures below 10°C (50°F). Dilute only with potable water.
